As an attempt to allow me to write in a more formal setting, updated more frequently, the essays and entries that I want to work on and think about more often, this site was created.

I am a heath care worker of many years, closing in on the tail end of my career, looking very forward to the opportunity to pursue more of my creative passions in retirement.

I write, both fiction and nonfiction. I paint, and have enjoyed a varied studio practice for well over 25 years. And I read, widely and curiously, with a preference toward the Modernist Period, American writer’s, and their work.
